Peter Sperling is a principal and Member of the Board of Advisors of Worldtron Group, Inc., a general partner and majority stakeholder of LibertyOne Financial Solutions, LP. Mr. Sperling is also a founder, Senior Vice President, executive committee member and board member of the Apollo Group, Inc., (NASDAQ: APOL) the parent company of the University of Phoenix, the largest private University in the United States.  He is also chairman and a founder of Communication Services, Inc.; a Phoenix, AZ based full-service communication engineering and construction firm serving the U.S. Coast Guard, FBI, Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. commercial wireless industry.

Peter Sperling is also chairman and a co-founder of CallWave Inc. (NASDAQ: CALL), an on demand communications services company headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA.  In addition, Mr. Sperling is chairman of Ecliptic Enterprises, a Pasadena, CA based provider of integrated space imaging and telemetry and payload deployment systems for NASA, JPL, the NRO and the commercial satellite industry; and he is also a principal in Daedalus Real Estate Advisors, a developer of commercial office and industrial property.

Peter Sperling earned a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, at Santa Barbara.
